What is life science coaching
Basically, Life Science Coach combined the two principles and studies how the body functions as a whole and how it is possible that we become ill or do not recover. This is done by looking at health in a more holistic manner than the strict biomedical field. What external and internal factors contribute to us becoming ill? How can this knowledge help us in the curing process and prevention of chronic diseases in the future?
We approach health from prevention. Preventive, functional medicine or lifestyle medicine is our specialty.
Your health consists of seven pillars: nutrition, exercise, sleep, meaning, living environment, relaxation and behavior. These seven should be in balance with each other for optimal health. How do you keep these pillars in balance? What does your body need to really function properly?
Life Health Therapy is about achieving and maintaining optimal health. The treatment of complaints and illnesses is done by adjusting the diet, exercise and lifestyle interventions.

Together, we will investigate where the biochemistry of your body gets stuck. To understand the biochemistry of your body, we will delve into the physiology, pathology and biochemistry of the body We do this with the help of a consultation, questionnaires and at time blood and stool test.
Based on your personalized assessment we will use the tailor-made interventions to optimize your body’s self-healing capacity. This can be done through:
